Stellar Promotion started as Stellar Design, a privately owned and profitable business. We began in 1996 when founder, Milt Rodriguez decided that he wanted to shift careers from construction to web site design. Milt began designing sites for friends and relatives and then came in contact with several software company owners. Through this, and other associations, Stellar began to grow into a larger enterprise

In late 1997, Stellar Design launched Stellar Promotion and we went into the web promotion business. We did this because of our greatest asset, our clients. They not only had a need for good quality and affordable web design, they also then needed someone to help them promote their new websites.

Since 1997, Stellar Promotion has been helping web site owners get traffic to their sites. One of the things our clients like best about us is our customer service. We treat you like you are our only customer. We are reachable!
