A Web Log or Blog as it is commonly called is a live website where the owner writes articles about him/her self, or a particular topic. This site has the technology to allow others to make comments or posts about the articles. The marketing advantage of blogs is that the search engines love them because of the continual fresh content. Another advantage is that blogs can be "pinged" which means that the site will send out a signal to other sites to let them know that new content has been added.
